Shipping policy

Most items ship from our production facility in Plymouth, Michigan (ZIP code 48170).

Domestic Orders (United States) Ground shipping typically takes 1–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm product availability and lead times.

Canada Orders to Canada ship via DHL Express Worldwide with estimated delivery of 2–5 business days after shipment. Duties, taxes, and applicable fees may be collected at checkout. Orders not shipped with prepaid duties may be subject to additional charges upon delivery by the carrier.

European Union Orders to EU member countries ship via DHL Express Worldwide with estimated delivery of 5–10 business days after shipment. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked, and receive a full refund. Import duties and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

All Other International Destinations We ship to most international addresses. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and not all products are available for international shipment. Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

General Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Product weights reflect carrier billing practices and may be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are estimates only -- they are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Torque-Tight LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.
