Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
If a return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions.
